I have a rottie and seeing Boo in that state made me want to cry. She is panting so much she is drenched under her chin which much be uncomfortable.The room she was in was clutered and she had 1 fan on her no wonder she is always hot other than the fact she is huge She may very well go to the vets but she is being abused!Her owner is a feeder and must be very unhappy to keep feeding her what she does. This woman needs to feed her less walk and play with her more often instead of having a comfort friend to sit on the couch with and stuff her face with junk The RSPCA should be round her house gettng this woman to see sence Poor Boo how unhappy she must be and what a boring owner she has too lazy to make her dog happy with throwing a ball or her :( Id like to know why this woman isnt being investigated by the RSPCA.

There is definetly a psychiatric issue going on with the owner of the dog. I watch my Cody closely-sometimes all of the sudden one day he looks heavy and I need to back off on the treats. Very sad.
