It has been 5 days since we started the dog food switch over to Nature’s Logic Dog Food and here’s what we noticed:
1. White, formed and almost powder-like stools (very good sign of a high quality dog food – means they are digesting it very well and getting all the nutrients they need from it)
2. Less stools (again, good digestion)
3. Less scratching and gnawing at the paws (Cheyenne was going to eat her paw off before but it has decreased)
4. More energy
5. No more gas (Yay!! Cheyenne used to scare herself with her “gassy” episodes)
Again, this is just 5 days into the process of switching to a better quality food after having bad reactions to their normal Eagle Pack Holistic brand dog food. It is going to take a few weeks to see how well they do on this new dog food but the signs are encouraging.

Thank you John for the updated information. I will let my audience know that the formula for Eagle Pack has, indeed, not changed.
From John @ Eagle Pack. We can understand that as dogs age and the environment changes issues can develop. That is one reason we make a variety of formulas. I am involved in the formulas and I can tell you neither ingredients or formulas have changed. We were bought by a family owned company 2 years ago and are continuing with quality, healthy ingredients and formulas as they were.
We are going to switch over to this if only to see if it inhibits the mama lab from eating poop – esp since she now has the pup trying it out!
