Curb Puppy Chewing with Chilly Bones

I have a black Lab puppy 5 months old she still nips on us constantly she is teething does nylabone dura chews help and what can I do about the nipping and constantly wanting to chew on our arms any suggestions will help She is getting spayed in 2 weeks will this help her calm down?
